I am a filmmaker and founder of The Pierson Collective, a production studio dedicated to creating documentary-style films that are both visually compelling and human. At its core, my work is about uncovering truth through storytelling.
Most of my work has been creating brand films that elevate real voices and lived experiences. Whether it’s an artist reflecting on their process, a retired principal sharing their life-changing journey, or a team walking through the challenges and triumphs of their work, each piece has been grounded in candid interviews, shaped by emotion, and carefully designed to portray to truest story.
In addition to documentary work, I’m equally comfortable directing actors on set and shaping performances with intention and nuance. I lead crews with a calm, collaborative energy that balances creative direction with the practical flow of production.
