I am a filmmaker and founder of The Pierson Collective, a production studio dedicated to creating documentary-style films that are both visually compelling and human. At its core, my work is about uncovering truth through storytelling. Each piece has been shaped by emotion and carefully designed to portray the truest story.
I have a love for narrative storytelling and am fascinated by the power of camera movement and lensing; how they interact with actor performances and score to create the unique alchemy of filmmaking, conveying truth and emotion that transcend.
On set, I bring a calm, collaborative presence and technical problem-solving. No matter the duration of a shoot, I stay sharp, flexible, and focused on supporting the story visually.
I'm based in the Southeast and always ready to travel.
